CPAP Mask Online Purchasing
It is ours and ResMedLtd’s policy that complete mask sets and CPAP devices are NOT available for postal shipping but must be picked up from our store location (61 Dundas Court, Phillip ACT 2606). These masks can be purchased online however; shipping options will only include In-Store Pick Up. All spare parts are available with postal mailing options. In-Store Pick Up
Shop online securely with Sleep and Lifestyle Solutions Pty Ltd and choose In-Store Pick Up and to order online and pick up your purchase from our Phillip store (61 Dundas Court, Phillip ACT 2606). Simply order online before close of business and your order will be ready for collection instore, the following business day.
Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.
Sleep and Lifestyle Solutions Pty Ltd endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects and staff do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery for us to consider exchange for the defective product. Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence or in-store inspection of the fault.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
Please keep in mind when we receive return deliveries we aim to process them within 7 business days, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Complaints & Comments / Claims & Disputes
Claims concerning the product delivered must be lodged within 24 hours following delivery of the product.
Claims or disputes will always be examined with the greatest care. It is expected that the customer is acting in good faith when making any complaint(s). The customer should first contact us to seek a solution.
